At SNIDEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your SNIDEL account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return form or RMA number inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
